The structure is part of a private villa in a silent place with a green panoramic garden. It is on the first floor, with two double rooms with one bathroom in common, and a graceful tinello with kitchen corner where you will be able to enjoy an excellent breakfast.

The structure can be used daily as a Bed&Breakfast or as a house for vacations for longer periods.

It is located in a beautiful private garden where you can use a barbeque and an garden table with chairs or sunbathe.

The internal kitchen is equipped with 4 burners gas hob, dish washer, complete kitchenware, American and moka coffe machine and refrigerator.

The dining-room tinello has two comfortable sofas.

The rooms and the dining-room are heated in winter and have air-conditioning in summer.

In each room there is a television.

The furnishing is elegant and comfortable.

It is possible to park one or two cars inside the private car park.

The position is right near the historical center of Perugia that you will be able to reach in a few minutes by car or by bus. The bus stop is located in front of the garden gate.

The highway connection is near and it allows you to visit Umbria without having to face the city traffic.
